Chris Clark
Managing Director & Senior Wealth Planner
Chris Clark started Advance Wealth in 2009. Following a successful career in finance, he made the decision to branch out and start his own business. This gave him the freedom he needed to offer financial services which offered individuality and integrity, values that are central to the business. Chris works closely with his clients offering personalised services, which he believes benefits clients and provides individual advice based on their attitude to risk and investment portfolios.
Paula W
Compliance Officer
Paula joined the company in August 2024 as our Compliance Officer, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in financial services and compliance. Paula's previous roles have included working as a financial adviser, for a large product provider, and holding a director-level position at a wealth management company in the city. She is currently studying for the ICA Level 6 Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys activities on the water, including paddleboarding, swimming, and diving. She also loves travelling, spending time with her family, and socializing with friends.

Managing Director (non-Advice)
Charles joined us back in 2011, bringing with him a wealth of business experience working in SMEs as well as fully listed multi-nationals within a variety of sectors, including Financial Services, Telecoms, Utilities, and Property Maintenance. Outside of work he has a real passion for classic cars.
Stacy H
Accounts, Finance & Compliance Manager
Stacy joined the company in March 2018, having previously worked for a local charity for 13 years after having a break to raise a family. Stacy is a keen runner and has run anything from a park run to an ultra, including the London marathon. She has also completed the 3 peak’s challenge and is always looking to push herself physically as well as mentally.

Lewis joined the Paraplanning team in 2022. He graduated from the London Institute of Banking and Finance with a degree in Finance, Investment and Risk, and has completed the Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers. He took over the management of the team in June 2023. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He also loves travelling and making memories with his girlfriend.

Louise has been with Advance Wealth since 2015 and has many years of experience working in finance and customer service roles. She has a FA2 - Pension Administration Qualification. She loves going out for dinner and has a passion for shopping.
Callum W
Protection Adviser &
Trainee Technical Researcher
Callum joined Advance Wealth in 2025 and is developing his career as both a Protection Adviser and Trainee Technical Researcher. He works with clients to understand their protection needs and helps them explore appropriate protection solutions based on their individual circumstances and objectives. In his technical research role, he also supports the wider advice team with research and analysis.
He is currently working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has successfully completed R01 (Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics), R03 (Personal Taxation), R04 (Pensions & Retirement Planning) and R05 (Financial Protection). He is currently studying for R02 (Investment Principles & Risk) and plans to complete R06 (Financial Planning Practice) before the end of the year.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym and keeping active.

Lucie is Head of Operations, looking after both our Operations and Admin teams. With a Level 4 Diploma and plenty of hands-on experience in project management and financial services, she keeps everything ticking behind the scenes. When she’s not at work, Lucie loves travelling and spending time with her family.

Sarah joined Advance Wealth in 2018 and has over 7 years’ experience working in the finance industry, previously working in Investment Banking Services, and for a multi-asset forex trading company. In her spare time, she enjoys home renovations, and spending time with her family.
Wendy E
Administrator
Wendy joined us in 2022 and has over 30 years experience working in various roles within financial services industry, both locally and for wealth management companies in the City.
She most enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren. Wendy loves to socialise with friends and family and has a life-long passion for reading. She is a keen gardener, although admittedly mostly a fair-weather one as she doesn’t venture out too much in the winter months.

Rianna joined our Admin Team in 2021, having previously worked at INSOL International. She loves cooking for her little girls and shopping trips.

Sam joined Advance Wealth's Operations Team in 2018, and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2025. She has almost 20 years’ experience working in the finance industry, previously working for Lloyds Private Banking and gaining her Certificate in Financial Planning back in 2009. When she is not working she enjoys gardening, being amongst nature and exploring new places with her husband and children.

Megan joined our Operations team in 2025. After graduating in 2021 with a First-Class Law degree, she made the leap into finance to embrace a new challenge and explore a different professional path. When she’s not working, Megan enjoys spending time with friends and family and is always on the lookout for her next sunny getaway.

Mel has worked at Advance Wealth since 2020 as part of the Operations Team. She arranges clients' telephone and face to face meetings with Chris Clark and the Client Services Advice Team. She enjoys going to the gym, long dog walks with her children, and spending time with friends and family.
